1. This machine uses a programmable controller to achieve full automatic control, easy to maintain and upgrade.
2. Contactors, relays, and switch buttons all use domestic first-line brands. The cylinder uses Taiwan AIRTAC products, with long service life, and can work stably under extreme conditions for a long time.
3. Both ear straps and non-woven fabrics are welded with ultrasonic waves, the interface is firm, and the repeated stretching will not break.
4. It can produce double-layer, three-layer or multi-layer masks, the material fits without needle thread.
5. Monitoring of material exhaustion, if any material is exhausted, the machine will stop, and it will wait for the operator to handle through the sound and light alarm.
6. The aluminum structure of the whole machine is not welded, which is convenient for future modification and upgrade.
