Product Description

The manufacturer of laminating iron production line said that laminating iron, through adhesion, will glue the plastic film and the steel sheet together. Coated iron, through the melting method, composite the color printed plastic film on the cold-rolled steel sheet, instead of printing on tinned iron and chrome plated iron with iron. There is a low temperature laminating iron production line in China, i.e. using sticking method. This process uses hot-melt glue melted at low temperature, which can't be boiled at the temperature above 120 ºC. It can only be used in biscuit cans, pet food cans and other industries with low requirements. It can't be used in beer cans, beverage cans, tomato sauce, asparagus, sweet corn cans and other products with higher requirements.


 

PET -- Polyethylene terephthalate

Metal plate : galvanized sheet , stainless steel sheet , cold rolled sheet , aluminum sheet. Plastic Film: PET,PVC,PVCF,ASA etc. Film Color: RAL color/Pantone color; wood grain , marble grain , brick grain , stone grain , flower pattern , brushed , embossed.
