Metal plate lamination technology is the processing technology that plastic film and metal plate are pressed by high temperature to stick the film on the metal plate. Laminating technology was born in Japan in 1977. It was originally used to make cans, instead of internal coating and external coating technology. Up to now, it has developed into many fields, such as building materials internal packaging, home appliance shell, ship internal packaging, etc.

 Technology Introduction
As adhesive and solvent are not used in lamination processing, formaldehyde is not contained. Moreover, plastic film can be treated by beautification, decoration, antibacterial and anti staining, ensuring the safety and health of human body, and playing an environmental protection role at the same time. The laminating plate, commonly known as laminated steel, is made of pet, PC, PE or PP film and metal plate (galvanized plate, cold-rolled plate, aluminum plate, stainless steel plate). The inner side of the traditional metal tank must be coated, and the substances contained in the coating method will have harmful effects on human body and the environment, especially the food can. The current treatment method is to paint the inner wall of the tank with resin. However, Bis-phenol A is an internationally recognized environmental hormone in the coating used in this coating process, and it may have the problem of dissolution. Once the dissolution exceeds the standard, it will have an adverse effect on human body. And the serious consequences caused by this problem have attracted attention at home and abroad.
