SMS melt-blown non-woven fabric making machine
Melt-blown fabric making machine introduction:
Melt-blowing method is also one of the direct polymer web forming methods. It is a polymer extruder extruded by a screw extruder by using high-speed high-temperature air jet blowing or other means to make the melt flow extremely stretched The ultra-fine fibers are formed and then gathered on a web-forming drum or screen to form a web, which is finally reinforced by self-adhesive action to make a melt-blown fiber nonwoven fabric.
Finished products width of melt-blown fabric equipment: 400mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1200mm, 1600mm, 2400mm
Process flow:
Polymer feeding → melt extrusion → fiber formation → fiber cooling → web formation → bonding (fixed net) → trimming and winding → post-finish or special finish
Melt extrusion-At the feed end of the screw extruder, the polymer chips are blended with additives such as stabilizers, whiteners, and necessary raw materials such as masterbatch. The melt is finally sent to the spinneret by the metering pump through the filter. In the melt blown process, the general extruder also uses its shearing and thermal degradation to reduce the molecular weight of the polymer.
Fiber formation--The filtered clean melt passes through the distribution system, and then is evenly fed into each group of spinnerets, so that the amount of extrusion of each spinneret hole is uniform. The spinneret of the melt-blown fiber is different from other spinning netting methods. The spinneret holes must be arranged in a straight line, and the high-speed airflow injection holes are opened on the upper and lower sides.
Fiber cooling-A large amount of room temperature air is sucked in on both sides of the spinneret at the same time, mixed with the hot air flow containing ultra-fine fibers to cool it, and the molten ultra-fine fibers are cooled and solidified.
Netting-In the production of melt-blown fiber nonwovens, the spinneret can be placed horizontally or vertically. If it is placed horizontally, the ultra-fine fibers are sprayed on a circular collecting drum to form a net; if placed vertically, the fibers fall onto a horizontally moving netting curtain to condense the net.
Bonding (fixed mesh)-The self-adhesive reinforcement mentioned above is sufficient for melt-blown fabrics for certain applications, such as: requiring a more bulky structure of the web, good air retention or voidage Wait. For many other applications, self-adhesive reinforcement is not enough. Hot-rolled bonding, ultrasonic bonding or other means of reinforcement are also required.
Process characteristics of melt-blown fiber nonwoven:
(1)Short process flow and high production efficiency;
(2)Very fine fibers, good uniformity of the fiber web, soft feel, and outstanding advantages in filtration, antibacterial and adsorption;
(3) Poor fiber orientation and low web strength;
