This machine is a fully automatic folding mask production line (typical models such as N95 masks). The equipment is loaded in a full roll.

Two rolls of ear straps are automatically unrolled, fixed-length cut and then welded .

The main structure of the equipment

6. The material driving unit adopts a servo motor to control the main driving roller to drive the cloth, running smoothly, and the pressure is precisely adjustable.
7. Folding forming unit: adjustable triangle plate, height and angle can be adjusted to ensure that the mask is neutrally folded in half.
