Laminating Machine:

Due to the limitations of process technology, production equipment and raw materials, there are still quality defects in theprecoating produced in

China. Most of the pre coating produced in China are hot-melt adhesive type , Because some production processes rely on the similar process of

instant coating, dissolving the colloid with organic solvent, and coating the colloid roll on the substrate film with concave anilox roll, there is insufficient

solvent volatilization , During operation and use, there are peculiar smell, solvent volatilization after film covering, and surface foaming; at the same

time, because hot melt adhesive is made of several kinds of polymer materials, temperature control is not good during use. It causes the degradation

and cross-linking of the polymer in the hot melt adhesive, which leads to the poor surface quality of the coated film; some pre coated colloids are

easy to bond with the external surface of the substrate, resulting in poor coiling; because the adhesive layer is thin, and the adhesive layer .The

surface has not been activated, so it is easy to produce defects such as insufficient adhesion to printed matter. Because the hot-melt adhesive is a

mixture of several materials, the transparency of the coated resin is significantly worse than that of the low-temperature pure resin class.
